QC and R&D - Executive

Strong knowledge of Quality Control systems in food manufacturing, especially for seasoning mix and MSG-based products.

Sound understanding and practical exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, Hygiene & Sanitation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Hands-on experience in raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspection, including monitoring critical quality parameters.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements such as BSTI, BFSA, FSMS, HALAL, and basic understanding of FDA guidelines.

Experience in quality assurance activities, including SOP preparation, technical standards, deviation handling, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System), with exposure to internal audits and compliance monitoring.

Ability to support production control, line clearance, process monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives.

Experience in manpower handling, shop-floor supervision, and ensuring worker compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Basic knowledge of sensory evaluation and support to R&D during product trials and validation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform any special task assigned by the superior in line with organizational needs.
