Project Management Intern

DG Infotech is looking for a Project Management Intern to support the project management team in coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and keeping documentation organized across active projects. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to how IT/software projects are planned and delivered, working directly under the Project Management Team.

• Assist in maintaining project trackers, timelines, and status dashboards.
• Take notes during status meetings and help distribute clear action items to the right people.
• Support the Project Management Executive in preparing status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Help organize and maintain project documentation (scope notes, meeting minutes, shared folders).
• Follow up on open action items and flag anything at risk of missing its deadline.
• Learn and help apply project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar) used by the team.
• Take on small, well-scoped coordination tasks as assigned, with increasing responsibility over the internship.
