Project Coordinator / Project In-Charge

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field will be preferred.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 25 years

• Experience: 2–3 years or more

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must have practical experience in Interior Project / Interior Site Management.

• Strong ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.

• Good client handling and communication skills.

• Ability to take end-to-end responsibility for project execution.

• Practical knowledge of material purchasing, supplier coordination, and site material management.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD detailed drawings will be highly preferred.

• Good English communication and writing skills will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or relevant project management software will be preferred.

• The candidate must be willing to commit to a minimum 2-year written employment agreement with the company.

• Preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable with flexible duty hours and are willing to adjust, extend, or change their working hours when required by project or site conditions.

• The candidate should be willing to take additional responsibilities when required for successful project completion.
