We are looking for a highly responsible, experienced, and proactive Project In-Charge / Project Coordinator to oversee and manage our interior design and execution projects from initiation to final handover.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in interior project execution, site management, team coordination, client communication, material procurement, and project monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within the approved budget, and according to the required quality standards, approved drawings, designs, and BOQ.
This role requires an individual who can take ownership of multiple projects, lead site teams, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
1. Project Planning & Execution
Take overall responsibility for managing and executing assigned interior projects from site initiation to completion and final handover.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion according to approved project schedules.
Ensure proper execution of interior works in accordance with approved drawings, designs, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
Identify project requirements, potential risks, and execution challenges, and take timely action to resolve them.
Monitor project progress and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and systematically.
2. Site Management & Team Leadership
Manage and supervise multiple interior project sites simultaneously.
Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of 2–3 Site Engineers and other site team members.
Assign responsibilities to site teams and ensure proper execution of daily work activities.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, workmanship, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure proper coordination among Site Engineers, supervisors, workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Take immediate action to address site-related issues and minimize delays in project execution.
3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients, customers, and project representatives.
Act as a key coordination point between the client, management, design team, and site execution team.
Attend project meetings, site inspections, and client discussions as required.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper implementation.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
4. Material Planning & Procurement Coordination
Prepare and submit material requirements based on project drawings, BOQ, execution plans, and site needs.
Coordinate with the procurement and purchase team for timely sourcing and delivery of project materials.
Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors regarding material availability, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
Monitor material usage, wastage, and availability at project sites.
Ensure that materials are supplied and used according to approved specifications and quality requirements.
5. Quality Control & Project Monitoring
Monitor the quality of interior finishing, civil works, electrical works, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other relevant project activities, as applicable.
Ensure that execution follows approved design standards, technical requirements, and company quality expectations.
Review daily site progress, identify deviations from approved plans, and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor project timelines, work schedules, and execution efficiency.
Ensure proper coordination between design intent and actual site execution.
6. Reporting & Management Coordination
Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management.
Report project delays, execution challenges, material requirements, and other critical site issues promptly.
Coordinate with the Design & Development, Procurement, and Management teams to maintain uninterrupted project workflow.
Maintain proper project documentation, site records, work updates, and handover-related information.
Support management in project planning, resource allocation, and execution-related decisions.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior project execution, project coordination, or site management.
Proven experience in managing multiple interior projects or construction-related projects.
Practical knowledge of interior finishing, execution processes, materials, and site operations.
Experience managing and coordinating Site Engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers.
Strong client handling, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
Ability to manage multiple project sites and meet project deadlines.
Strong leadership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field.
