Manager, Sales & Marketing

Matribhoomi Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager, Sales & Marketing to manage and grow the company’s sales and marketing operations. Candidates with strong and proven experience in the Real Estate and Land Development industry will be highly preferred.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to maximize performance.
• Drive sales of real estate projects, land, and property developments.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversion processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, sales performance, and target achievement.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors, pricing, customer demand, and market trends.
• Plan and execute promotional and digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates for management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
