Paid Social Lead

We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead to own and evolve Numan’s paid social function. This is not a campaign management role — you will define how paid social drives growth, combining creative strategy, automation, and platform execution across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

You’ll build a creative-first growth engine, scaling high-quality acquisition in a competitive, regulated category.

You'll be:

• Defining best-in-class approach across Meta, TikTok and beyond
• Setting direction on asset mix (video vs static), formats (Reels, Stories, Feed), and creative types (UGC vs hi-fi) etc.
• Developing clear POVs on what works, why, and what to test next
• Building and running a high-velocity creative system (hundreds of assets/month)
• Translating performance into actionable creative insights and hypotheses
• Partnering with creative teams to deliver platform-native, performance-led output
• Designing workflows to support 1,000+ concurrent ads
• Implementing modular frameworks (e.g. Hook × Body × CTA for video)
• Defining account structures for modern algorithmic bidding environments
• Leading testing across creative, bidding, and landing experiences
• Scaling efficiently while navigating platform constraints and restrictions
• Owning how data feeds performance (CAPI, event design, value-based optimisation)
• Using tools like Motion and BI platforms to identify winning patterns
