Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory position in a ladies beauty parlour, salon, spa or similar service-oriented business.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of beauty parlour/salon operations and daily business management.

• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.

• Experience in sales management, cash handling and daily financial reporting.

• Ability to prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales/operation reports.

• Good knowledge of staff scheduling, attendance and performance monitoring.

• Basic computer and MS Office skills.

• Good organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Must be well-groomed, responsible, honest, disciplined and customer-friendly.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
