Are you an experienced logistics professional with expertise in Air & Ocean Freight Operations? Join our growing team and lead operations for USA-based clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
📍 Location: Navana HR Tower, Tejgaon Link Road, Dhaka-1212
🏢 Workplace: Work from Office
🕒 Working Hours: 2:00 AM PT to 12:00 PM PT (Approximately 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Bangladesh Time during Pacific Daylight Time)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and oversee Air & Ocean freight operations for international clients
✅ Coordinate import and export transportation activities
✅ Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Invoices, Bills of Lading, Shipping Labels, Customs Forms, and Export Documents
✅ Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, and operational costs
✅ Develop and maintain Excel reports, Pivot Tables, Graphs, and Dashboards for operational analysis
✅ Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
✅ Ensure quality control and minimize shipping errors and discrepancies
✅ Lead and support a team to achieve operational excellence
✅ Act as a key point of contact for overseas clients
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university
