GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Management Trainee (Mechanical)" under Utility & Maintenance Department for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Assist in maintaining boilers, compressors, pumps, generators, HVAC, and other utility equipment.
Support breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential mechanical problems.
Assist in maintaining maintenance records, reports, and spare parts requirements.
Ensure proper safety practices during maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance support.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management / Department Head.
