Management Trainee - Marketing

Context:

Looking for energetic, ambitious and result-oriented Management Trainees – Marketing to join our growing marketing team. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to HoReCa marketing, franchise business development and marketing of frozen food products.

This role is designed for young professionals who are interested in building a career in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Food & Hospitality-related businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hotel, restaurant, café, catering and institutional customer segments.
• Support franchise marketing and business development activities, including franchise lead generation and market expansion.
• Promote and market the company's frozen food and agro-based food products to potential customers and business partners.
• Conduct market visits to identify new customers, business opportunities, competitor activities and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, cafés, franchise partners, distributors and other institutional customers.
• Support product presentations, customer meetings, promotional campaigns, trade activities and business development initiatives.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate market insights to the relevant departments.
• Assist in achieving assigned sales, distribution, customer acquisition and business development targets.
• Prepare regular market visit reports, customer updates, sales reports and other management reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Distribution and other relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service and product availability.
• Participate in new product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions and other marketing campaigns.
• Take initiative to explore new markets, customer segments, and business channels.
• Perform other marketing and business development activities assigned by management.
