Role Description The Maintenance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily work for equipment and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, and ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves maintaining documentation, managing maintenance budgets and inventories, and enforcing safety and compliance standards.
