Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology following the approved curriculum, creating lesson plans, course materials, and assessments. Evaluate academic performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain office hours to support student development and research projects.

Provide confidential individual and group counseling interventions for academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges, adhering strictly to ethical standards. Assess complex mental health concerns and coordinate timely referrals to specialized psychological or psychiatric professionals when necessary.

Organize workshops, seminars, and preventive wellness initiatives across the university to promote emotional well-being and life skills. Maintain precise counseling records, submit operational reports, and participate in curriculum development and university committee assignments.

Conduct scholarly research, publish articles, collaborate with faculty on student welfare, and foster an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
