Conduct regular observations, mentoring, and evaluations to maintain teaching quality. Offer academic guidance, leadership, and ongoing support to departmental staff. Formulate annual academic schedules, grading strategies, and progress reports. Oversee lesson plans, curriculum updates, exams, and grading moderation. Direct departmental meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions. Foster students' ethical, spiritual, and character growth through Islamic teachings. Maintain compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and quality standards. Complete additional tasks as designated by school administration.
