Job Description:
The “Head of Sales” position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through team members:
To lead, mentor and manage the nationwide sales team
To develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and market share
To oversee and optimize distribution networks across modern retails (supermarkets, chain stores, e-commerce) and traditional retails (general stores, distributors etc.)
To observe market trends, competitors’ activities and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats
To coordinate with marketing department on product launching, promotional campaigns and brand building initiatives
To manage sales budget, control costs and ensure efficient resource allocation Physically mentally
