Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related discipline is preferred with no third division.
Minimum 12 years of experience, with substantial and relevant exposure in Retail Banking, with experience in a leadership capacity within a private commercial bank or NBFI. The experience requirement may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
Strong expertise in retail banking products, consumer finance, liability business, cards, branch distribution, sales management, and portfolio management.
Proven track record of designing retail banking products, driving retail business growth, profitability, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, consumer lending, cards, and portfolio expansion while maintaining sound asset quality.
Strong understanding of digital banking, digital channels, process automation, customer experience, and technology-enabled retail solutions.
Proven leadership capability with the ability to lead, develop, motivate, and manage large teams and drive performance across branches and business units.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and decision-making skills.
