As the designated O&M Contractor, the company is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous operation and maintenance of the power plant following its Commercial Operation Date (COD).
The Head of Performance will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the operational performance of the 2 × 660 MW Supercritical Coal-Fired Thermal Power Plant. The incumbent will lead performance improvement initiatives, identify efficiency gaps, and implement strategies to maximize plant availability, reliability, heat rate performance, fuel efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
