Head of Digital Ads & Sales

About the Role

TOJO Global is looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Digital Ads & Sales to lead our digital advertising, client marketing, sales, and business growth initiatives.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in performance marketing, client management, team leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities📈 Digital Advertising & Growth

• Lead and optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics.
• Build effective sales funnels, retargeting strategies, and conversion systems.

🤝 Client Management

• Lead digital marketing projects from strategy to execution and reporting.
• Develop customized marketing strategies based on client objectives.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and strategic consultations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, reports, presentations, and campaign plans.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

🎯 Sales & Leadership

• Generate and convert qualified leads while achieving business growth targets.
• Develop outreach, follow-up, and business development strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales teams.
• Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

✅ 5–8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Advertising, Sales, or Growth Marketing

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads (TikTok Ads is a plus)

✅ Proven success in generating leads, conversions, and revenue

✅ Strong understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics

✅ Experience in client management, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and reporting

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

➕ Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, AI tools, and emerging technologies is an advantage
