12 to 15+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar leadership role.
Experience in Product Marketing / FMCG / Consumer Products / Retail / Distribution will be preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of market development, sales strategy, and product positioning.
Ability to develop and execute innovative business growth strategies.
