1. Product Go-To-Market – studynet.io & studynet.ai

• Own and execute the full go-to-market strategy in Bangladesh and global markets.
• Define product positioning, messaging architecture, and launch roadmaps.
• Drive product-led growth through integrated brand, content, and performance campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to align marketing with platform capabilities and UX.
• Establish StudyNet as the default AI-powered destination for Australia-bound students worldwide.

2. Brand Strategy & Architecture

• Develop and manage a unified brand system across StudyNet, studynet.io, studynet.ai, and all product lines.
• Establish and enforce brand guidelines covering voice, visual identity, messaging, and tone.
• Translate the brand promise into every customer touchpoint.
• Lead brand positioning research, competitor analysis, and audience insight work.
• Manage brand collateral, creative direction, and agency relationships.

3. Performance Marketing & Paid Media

• Own the full paid media strategy and budget across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Lead media planning and buying using ROI and ROAS frameworks.
• Set CAC, CPL, and LTV benchmarks by market and channel.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
• Build media buying playbooks including creative testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
• Oversee agency relationships and in-house buying capabilities.
• Implement attribution modelling and cross-channel analytics.

4. Digital Marketing Leadership

• Direct digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content marketing, display, affiliate, and WhatsApp.
• Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead nurturing.
• Drive web performance strategy for studynet.io, including conversion rate optimisation, landing pages, and UX partnerships.
• Establish and monitor marketing KPIs with real-time dashboards.
• Manage the MarTech stack, including analytics, automation, CRM, and attribution tools.

5. Brand Communications & Content

• Lead strategic communications across all markets.
• Oversee content production including blogs, videos, social media, email, events, and PR assets.
• Drive thought leadership positioning for StudyNet.
• Manage social media strategy and community across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Lead influencer and creator partnerships.

6. Digital Transformation Leadership

• Champion the digitalisation of marketing operations, processes, tools, workflows, and reporting.
• Build a data-driven culture within the marketing team.
• Partner with product and technology teams on AI integration into marketing workflows.
• Drive organisational change toward digital-first marketing practices.

7. Team Leadership & Culture

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across brand, performance marketing, content, design, and communications.
• Set clear goals, OKRs, and performance standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, speed, and excellence.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors.
• Contribute to business strategy, product decisions, and cross-functional alignment.

8. Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management

• Own the marketing P&L, including budget planning, allocation, and performance reporting.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership.
• Build and maintain a full-funnel reporting framework from impression to enrolment.
• Identify and scale successful initiatives while managing underperforming spend.
