The incumbent will be responsible to oversee the farm production, breeding, animal health, nutrition, fodder production, workforce, biosecurity, inventory, and farm assets to ensure efficient, sustainable, and profitable operations. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise of managerial job, and the ability to implement good management practices while maintaining compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
