• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant professional experience in Finance & Accounts, including managerial or leadership responsibilities.
• CA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent professional qualification will be preferred.
• Experience working in a Group of Companies or multi-business environment will be an advantage.

MH Global Group is seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to join our leadership team as Head of Accounts.
The successful candidate will lead the overall Finance & Accounts function of MH Global Group and its concerns, ensuring effective financial management, strong governance, regulatory compliance, financial controls, and sustainable business growth.
• Lead and oversee Group-wide Finance & Accounts operations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash-flow plans.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenditure, profitability, and overall financial performance across the Group.
• Ensure accurate accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, Audit, and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh.
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, policies, SOPs, and approval processes.
• Oversee banking, fund management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Support management in business expansion, investment decisions, feasibility analysis, and cost optimization.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
• Ensure effective financial coordination and consolidated reporting across all concerns of MH Global Group.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Accounts & Finance team.
