General Manager-HR, Admin & Compliance (HAC)

Experience: 3-5 Years in a similar role GM.

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee retention programs.

Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer-specific codes of conduct (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP).

Administrative Oversight: Manage factory administration, including security, transport, utility management, facility maintenance, and safety protocols.

Industrial Relations: Maintain a peaceful working environment by resolving employee grievances, managing union relations (if applicable), and fostering positive workplace morale.

Audit Readiness: Lead the team during statutory, regulatory, and buyer compliance audits, ensuring zero major non-compliances.
