Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management/PMS software.
Good command of English and Bangla.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Candidates with experience in 3/4/5-star hotels or resorts will be preferred.
