Founder's Executive Assistant (EA)

Crantech is looking for a proactive, resilient, and straight-up Executive Assistant to support one of our clients. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid of a little chaos.

We are looking for a gatekeeper who can bring order to our inbox and calendar, manage follow-ups, and proactively handle operational tasks. The ideal candidate isn’t just an assistant; they are a partner in our growth, capable of taking the initiative to identify opportunities and manage communication on our behalf.

What you'll actually do

• Inbox & Calendar Management: Take full control of the Founders' calendars and inboxes. Your primary goal is to ensure nothing important slips through the cracks. This involves proactive triage, flagging urgent items, and ensuring tasks don't get forgotten six hours later.
• Speaker Position Outreach: Research and identify key speaking opportunities at events across Europe. You will take charge of the full outreach lifecycle, connecting with venue stakeholders to secure speaking positions.
• LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage the Coherta (Internal tool: an introduction will be provided) platform to manage LinkedIn inboxes and initiate dialogues with event venues and partners directly on our behalf, maintaining our voice and brand.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Handle daily task tracking, follow-ups, and ad-hoc coordination.
• Personal Coordination: Assist with occasional personal tasks, travel, or scheduling as required.
• Reliable Reminder System: Proactively remind the Founders of pending actions and deadlines. We need someone who isn't afraid to be direct and persistent—we value someone who ensures we stay on track.
