Minimum 2-3 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceutical industry engaged with Animal Health Product.
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skill
Strong knowledge on the animal health market.
Ability to handle pressure.
Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
Valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.
Monitoring the daily activities of VMR (Veterinary Medical Representative) and reviewing sales performance.
Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors’ activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales target.
Provide guidance and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
Execute sales campaigns as per plan.
Visit existing & potential customers to ensure good relations.
Any other tasks assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
