Job Context We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Expert Counselor (UK, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia & Australia) to provide professional guidance to students pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will manage the complete student journey—from counseling and university applications to visa guidance and pre-departure support—while ensuring excellent service and successful student outcomes. Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Guidance
✔ Provide accurate, up-to-date counseling to students interested in studying in the UK, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, and Australia based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capability.
✔ Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and intake sessions.
✔ Guide students regarding admission requirements, eligibility criteria, scholarship opportunities, tuition fees, and career prospects. Application Processing
✔ Manage the complete university application process, including course selection, document collection, application submission, and offer letter follow-up.
✔ Ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required deadlines.
✔ Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to students throughout the admission process. University & Institutional Relations
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, admissions officers, and partner institutions.
✔ Stay updated on new programs, scholarships, tuition fee changes, and admission policy updates.
✔ Participate in university webinars, training sessions, and certification programs to maintain expert knowledge of assigned study destinations. Visa & Documentation Support
✔ Guide students through country-specific visa requirements, including UK Student Route Visa, Canada Study Permit, Australia Student Visa, New Zealand Student Visa, and Malaysia Student Pass .
✔ Assist students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), financial documents, and other required application materials.
✔ Coordinate with the documentation and visa teams to ensure compliance with embassy and institutional requirements. Pre-Departure & Student Support
✔ Conduct pre-departure briefings and provide guidance on accommodation, health insurance, airport pickup, travel arrangements, and settlement support.
✔ Maintain communication with students after departure to ensure a smooth transition and collect feedback. Research & Compliance
✔ Stay informed about immigration policies, visa regulations, education trends, and government guidelines for assigned countries.
✔ Ensure all counseling services and documentation comply with current university, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback, and share insights with management. Record Management & Reporting
✔ Maintain accurate student records, communication logs, application status, and document tracking within the CRM system.
✔ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, applications, conversions, enrollments, and pending cases.
✔ Perform any other counseling, admissions, or student support responsibilities assigned by the Management.
