Accurately record food and beverage orders while recommending suitable menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring courteous and attentive service at all times. Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged dining tables before and after guest service. Verify the quality and presentation of food and beverages before serving them to guests. Work closely with the kitchen team and fellow service staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards in all aspects of service. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Experience
Applicants should be 18 to 30 years of age. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service will be considered an advantage; however, fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude with a positive approach to customer care. Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
