Experience in a similar type of position, preferably in a 100% export-oriented Garments /Textile/ Spinning Mills/Jute Mills/ Footwear Factory.
Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in office management tools and good presentation and reporting skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership abilities are necessary.
Monitor and perform overall commercial and procurement operations in alignment with company policies.
Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing departmental activities.
Source, follow up, develop and select vendor for procurement of required items as per company policy.
Liaise and follow up with banks, BJMA, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely processing of documents and shipments.
Follow up and process import permit, export permit and process necessary formalities for on time in house and on time shipment.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with import/export regulations.
Should have adequate knowledge on HS code, UP, Customs act and Bond formalities.
Should have adequate knowledge on Cash Incentive Work.
Maintain strong relationships with all external and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
Support in the preparation of reports, analysis, and documentation for management review.
