Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System (MIS), Management, CSE, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Candidates with other academic backgrounds may also be considered based on relevant work experience and skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
Practical knowledge of ERP systems is required.
Good understanding of sales data, distributor management, and field-force reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in MIS, Sales MIS, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or a related field.
Experience in FMCG/Food/Beverage, Group of Companies, or Multinational Companies will be preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong Excel, data analysis, and ERP skills may also be considered.
