Manage digital cargo bookings efficiently through Infor Nexus and Damco systems. Prepare comprehensive export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Forwarding Letters) for Customs, Banks, and major buyers like M&S and Bestseller. Issue and manage regulatory EXP forms and duplicates. Handle commercial invoice generation within internal ERP systems. Verify and approve HBL and FCR drafts based on management and buyer requirements.

Education
Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
Minimum age requirement of 26 years. Technically adept at managing supply chain operations via Infor Nexus, Damco, and internal ERP systems. Possesses strong communication, vendor negotiation, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing pressure to hit tight corporate deadlines consistently.
