Executive (Architectural Design & Project)

Strong knowledge of Architectural Design, Interior Design, Space Planning and Project Coordination.

Good understanding of building materials, interior materials and construction techniques.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit and other relevant design software.Strong ability in 2D/3D visualization and presentation.

Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.

Strong business development and relationship-building ability.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to company growth.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work with clients, consultants and site teams.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.

Experience in residential, commercial and industrial projects will be considered an advantage.

Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, interior materials, space planning and authority approval procedures is preferred.

Candidates having experience in tender preparation, tender documentation and tender-related activities will be given preference.
