Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sciences, Commerces or a relevant discipline. Additional training/certification in pedagogy, assessment, teacher development, or education leadership will be considered an advantage. Minimum 1-2 years of Teaching experience or training in primary and/or secondary education with strong subject -knowledge.
Experience in coaching SSC batches will be an advantage. Related work experience will be considered an advantage. Strong understanding of curriculum alignment, lesson planning, and classroom pedagogy. Ability to analyze assessment data, identify learning gaps, and recommend actionable interventions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and support Teachers effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and school follow-ups simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain professional accountability.
Digital literacy and comfort using tools such as Google Workspace/docs/spreadsheet/slides, communication platforms, and basic data tracking tools.
