Shushilan, a nationally reputed NGO, is implementing the Community Mobilization Programme (CMP) supported by SMC across Jhenaidah, Meherpur, Narail, Khulna, and Satkhira districts. The project focuses on community engagement, behavior change communication (BCC), and grassroots health promotion.
It operates through structured planning, local NGO partnerships, GSM networks, and field-level interventions such as community meetings, capacity-building training, and promotional campaigns.

Provide technical guidance, operational support, and direct supervision to Upazila Supervisors, Community Mobilizers, GSMs, and field personnel. Conduct routine field visits to oversee program quality, troubleshoot challenges, and provide on-site coaching and staff mentoring.
Coordinate closely with SMC representatives, including Sales Officers and Area Executives, to streamline field operations. Oversee maternal and child health initiatives, focusing on ANC service promotion and community mobilization efforts.
