Job Purpose The Community Mobilizer is responsible for driving local engagement by identifying potential beneficiaries, organizing educational awareness sessions, and establishing community-based groups. This role serves as a key liaison to maintain seamless communication between program participants, community leaders, local stakeholders, and the internal project team. Success in this position relies heavily on a strong field presence, exceptional interpersonal skills, thorough documentation, and a hands-on approach to supporting field-level program execution. Key Responsibilities Conduct frequent local meetings to promote youth empowerment, business development, and climate initiatives across all community groups. Gather field data and screen eligible, diverse candidates according to strict project guidelines. Set up and train grassroots committees, tracking their regular feedback and meeting attendance. Guide participants through their training cycle and follow up on post-program jobs or startup ventures. Handle community complaints confidentially, report them to supervisors, and log resolutions accurately. Deliver timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports backed by field photos, data, and impact stories. Maintain strong relations with Union Parishad leaders and employers to represent the organization professionally.
