This role ensures smooth project implementation by leading Upazila teams and collaborating with training centers, employers, entrepreneurs, local stakeholders, and community groups. Strong field coordination, people management, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Supervise and coordinate all project workflows, youth training modules, and climate initiatives within the assigned cluster in alignment with planned timelines and guidelines. Lead and support Upazila teams, community mobilizers, trainers, and specialized field officers to ensure coordinated operational execution.
Direct the participant recruitment, vetting, and enrollment pipelines while systematically maintaining complete documentation and reducing dropout rates. Monitor training center operations, trainer performance, attendance tracking, and participant learning progress to ensure high training quality.
Forge strong networks with private sector employers and local industries to secure job placements and track long-term career retention. Facilitate market links, financial connections, and business mentoring networks to foster youth entrepreneurship and startup growth.
Overlook climate resilience campaigns and sustainable livelihood programs, partnering with local schools, volunteers, and municipal bodies. Conduct regular team assessments, alignment meetings, and capacity-building workshops to enforce organizational policies and safeguarding rules.
Perform routine field inspections, verify database information, and analyze project metrics to draft structured progress updates and case studies. Maintain a professional presence at local government, private sector, and NGO forums to build sustainable field-level partnerships.
Oversee field-level operational logistics, asset management, and financial documentation by compiling local bills, vouchers, and resource logs.
