Digital Marketing Manager

· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, sales, revenue growth, and overall company profitability.

· Lead and coordinate the Digital Marketing, Creative, Content, and Web teams to ensure effective campaign execution and timely project delivery.

· Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Content & Email Marketing.

· Drive lead generation, client acquisition, sales, client retention, and revenue growth across local and international market channels (including freelance platforms like Fiverr and Upwork).

· Set and monitor marketing, sales, revenue, and performance KPIs and take corrective actions when required.

· Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify new business and revenue opportunities.

· Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation and maximum ROI.

· Manage client relationships, meetings, proposals, quotations, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

· Develop customized marketing strategies and campaigns based on client requirements and business objectives.

· Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, budgets, conversion, and ROI and provide actionable insights.

· Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and market opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.

· Prepare regular performance reports and present revenue, campaign, and growth insights to management.

· Take ownership of team performance, client satisfaction, business development, and assigned revenue objectives.
