Retired Major/Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent rank from the Bangladesh Armed Forces will be given an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in factory administration, security, industrial relations.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and crisis-management skills.
Experience in managing a large workforce and industrial/factory environment will be an added advantage.
Must be physically fit, disciplined, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a disciplined, dynamic, and experienced Head of Factory Administration to lead and oversee the overall administration, security, compliance, discipline, and employee welfare functions of a large-scale manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall factory administration, security, discipline, and welfare activities.
Ensure a safe, secure, and disciplined working environment across the factory premises.
Develop and implement effective security protocols, access control, emergency response, and crisis management systems.
Maintain strong coordination with local administration, law enforcement, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Monitor attendance, worker discipline, grievance management, transportation, accommodation, canteen, medical, and other employee welfare facilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable labor laws, safety standards, and factory regulations.
