Deputy General Manager

KrishiBari Estates is hiring a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee the overall operations and business performance of KrishiBari Estates and Chayanir.

We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership, operational, commercial, and people-management skills who can drive service excellence, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across both properties.

• Overall Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across both KrishiBari Estates and Chayanir, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, recreation, and other departments.
• Business & Financial Management: Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, profitability, and overall business performance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase revenue.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop teams across both properties. Set performance standards, ensure accountability, and maintain a strong service-oriented work culture.
• Guest Experience: Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Address escalated complaints and implement measures to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to increase bookings, occupancy, events, corporate business, and overall revenue for both properties.
• Events & Functions: Oversee the planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, retreats, conferences, day-outs, and other private and institutional functions.
• Revenue & Business Development: Develop new business opportunities, partnerships, packages, and revenue streams. Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for growth.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee procurement, inventory, supplier relationships, and vendor negotiations while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
