এই role-এ নির্বাচিত candidate-কে customer communication, sales support, order-related activities এবং বিভিন্ন project-এর operational tasks নিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে। একজন candidate বাস্তব e-commerce business-এর বিভিন্ন aspect সম্পর্কে hands-on experience অর্জনের পাশাপাশি একটি growing organization-এর সঙ্গে নিজের professional skills ও career development-এর সুযোগ পাবেন।
Customer-এর queries, requests এবং complaints professional manner-এ handle করা।
Phone, WhatsApp, social media বা অন্যান্য communication channels-এর মাধ্যমে customer-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করা।
Customer-কে product/service সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
Customer follow-up এবং sales-related activities-এ support করা।
Order নেওয়া, order confirmation এবং order-related তথ্য update করতে সহায়তা করা।
Customer satisfaction নিশ্চিত করতে প্রয়োজনীয় follow-up করা।
বিভিন্ন e-commerce project-এর day-to-day operational activities-এ support করা।
Customer feedback সংগ্রহ এবং relevant team-এর সঙ্গে share করা।
Project অনুযায়ী assigned tasks সময়মতো সম্পন্ন করা।
Sales এবং customer service performance-এর প্রয়োজনীয় data/report update করা।
Team members এবং project management-এর সঙ্গে coordination করে কাজ করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য project-related responsibilities পালন করা।
Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree হলে অগ্রাধিকার।
Customer Service, Sales, Tele-sales বা E-commerce experience থাকলে ভালো।
ভালো communication এবং interpersonal skills।
Customer-এর সঙ্গে professional ও friendly manner-এ কথা বলার সক্ষমতা।
Basic computer skills এবং MS Office/Google Workspace সম্পর্কে ধারণা।
শেখার আগ্রহ এবং নতুন কাজ দ্রুত adapt করার মানসিকতা।
Problem-solving mindset এবং positive attitude।
চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।
Teamwork এবং time management skills।
দায়িত্বশীল, proactive এবং target-oriented হতে হবে।
Real-world E-commerce Operations সম্পর্কে hands-on experience।
Customer Service ও Sales-এর practical experience।
Professional communication ও customer handling skills development।
বিভিন্ন e-commerce project-এ কাজ করার সুযোগ।
