Creative Content Designer

is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Content Designer to join our growing team in Dhaka.

🎨 Key Responsibilities

• Design creative content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

• Create social media posts, promotional creatives, banners, campaign materials, and event graphics

• Develop visually engaging content aligned with the Maximus brand identity

• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support campaigns and promotional activities

• Edit short-form videos/reels and create motion-based content when required

• Stay updated with current design, social media, and content trends

• Ensure all creative materials are accurate, professional, and delivered within deadlines

🔎 Requirements

• Experience in graphic design and digital content creation

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools

• Video editing/motion graphics skills is must

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Good understanding of social media content and audience engagement

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• A portfolio showcasing previous creative work is preferred
