Remote Video Editor Intern

FrameLabs Foundry is opening applications for our Video Editor Internship & Training Program.

This is a learning-focused opportunity for people who want to turn their interest in video editing into real professional editing skills.

You do not need to be an experienced editor. Beginners who are serious about learning are welcome.

What You'll Learn

During the program, you'll receive hands-on training covering:

• Video editing fundamentals
• Adobe Premiere Pro workflows
• Professional cutting and pacing
• Storytelling and retention
• B-roll and visual storytelling
• Sound design and audio editing
• Motion graphics and text animation
• Professional project organization
• Editing workflows used in real production environments
• Receiving and implementing professional feedback
• Preparing videos for client delivery

How the Program Works

This isn't a "watch some tutorials and figure it out yourself" internship.

You'll learn through:

Training → Practice → Assignment → Feedback → Revision → Improvement

You'll be given practical editing assignments and gradually move toward realistic production projects as your skills develop.

We're looking for people who are:

• Willing to learn from scratch
• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback
• Able to consistently complete assignments
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Curious and willing to figure things out
• Interested in building a long-term career in video editing

Beginners are welcome. Your current editing skill matters less to us than your attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn.

This is primarily a training and learning position and is not a guaranteed employment position.

Trainees who successfully complete the program and demonstrate strong editing ability, reliability, and professionalism may be considered for paid editing opportunities with FrameLabs.
