is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Student Recruitment Manager to lead our digital growth and international student recruitment campaigns in Bangladesh.If you know how to turn digital advertising into qualified students, applications and enrollments, we want to hear from you.🌏 About MaximusMaximus Education & Migration is an international education and migration consultancy supporting students from Bangladesh with study opportunities across multiple destinations, including:🇦🇺 Australia | 🇬🇧 UK | 🇳🇿 New Zealand | 🇰🇷 South Korea | 🇲🇾 Malaysia | 🇨🇦 Canada | 🇸🇪 Sweden | 🇫🇮 Finland🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns• Generate high-quality student leads and optimize CPL• Build destination-specific digital marketing strategies• Manage the complete funnel: Lead → Counselling → Application → Offer → Visa → Enrollment• Develop retargeting and conversion campaigns• Work closely with the counselling and admissions teams• Monitor CRM and lead conversion performance• Develop SEO and Google Search strategies• Plan and coordinate Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other digital content• Support education fairs, university events and admission campaigns• Analyze campaign performance, CAC, CPL, conversion rate and ROI• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages🧠 What We Are Looking ForRequired:✔ 3–6 years of digital/performance marketing experience✔ Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads✔ Proven lead-generation experience✔ Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics✔ Experience with CRM and lead management✔ Understanding of SEO and digital funnels✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills✔ Strong written and verbal communication in English & Bangla
