Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience with good organizational knowledge and strong stakeholder networks.
Proven experience in executive coordination, stakeholder management, and event/program execution with energy, creativity and passion.
Demonstrated capability to synthesize information into concise executive materials and manage confidential matters with discretion.

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented individual to strengthen engagement, communication, and culture across the Corporate Affairs Division. The role will foster collaboration, team spirit, and strong connections through effective communication, engagement initiatives, and events. The ideal candidate is energetic, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while helping build an aligned, connected, and high-performing division. The individual will also play a key role in fostering closer engagement and stronger connections between the Divisional Head and the wider team.

Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives across Corporate Affairs.
Act as a trusted liaison between the CCAO and employees, fostering open communication and alignment.
Take proactive ownership of divisional events, recognition programs, and people-centric initiatives to strengthen the division's culture and sense of belonging.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials for leadership.
Facilitate cross-functional projects and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
Act as a key liaison between Corporate Affairs leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners where required.
Support governance, compliance, regulatory projects, and continuous process improvement across the division.
