Site Measurement নিয়ে accurate drawing ও layout তৈরি করা।
Drawing অনুযায়ী site execution-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় details, dimensions ও material specifications প্রস্তুত করা।
Existing drawing বুঝে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী revision ও shop drawing তৈরি করা।
Site Engineer/Project Team-এর সঙ্গে coordination করে drawing-related সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
Civil & Interior construction details সম্পর্কে practical understanding ব্যবহার করে workable design তৈরি করা।
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা।
AutoCAD-এ ভালো দক্ষতা অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে।
3D design-এর জন্য SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / Lumion বা সংশ্লিষ্ট software-এর practical knowledge থাকতে হবে।
Civil ও Interior construction work সম্পর্কে বাস্তব ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
Drawing থেকে site work বুঝতে এবং site condition অনুযায়ী practical solution দিতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
Measurement, dimensioning, BOQ-related quantity understanding এবং construction detailing সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
Good communication skill এবং site/project team-এর সঙ্গে coordination করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
দায়িত্বশীল, hardworking এবং শেখার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
২–৫ বছরের relevant experience preferred. তবে ভালো technical skill ও practical knowledge থাকলে fresh/less experienced candidates-ও বিবেচনা করা হবে।
বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার: যাদের Civil + Interior Design-এর পাশাপাশি 2D Drawing, 3D Visualization এবং Site Execution—তিন ক্ষেত্রেই practical experience রয়েছে।
