The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will act as the primary business and people leader of Centro, translating the Centro’s strategic vision into structured, measurable business outcomes. This role will drive growth, operational excellence, profitability, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

• BUSINESS GROWTH & PROFITABILITY
• Drive revenue growth, margin enhancement, and overall business performance.
• Drive business expansion, including new markets, products, and partnership initiatives.
• Drive organization results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the Chairman, Board of Directors and other key team members.
• Lead design and product innovation as well as R&D for new business development.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization to improve profitability.
• Identify key profitability gaps and implement improvement roadmap.
• Drive structured monthly and quarterly business review frameworks.
• OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
• Accountable for all operational and business decisions within approved strategy and budget.
• Strengthen sourcing, production, quality, compliance, and delivery frameworks.
• Overseeing the daily business and operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Work closely with the senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and organization policies/SOPs.
• Establish a structured performance rhythm (monthly/quarterly reviews) to track progress and drive accountability.
• Vendor / Supplier Performance Management - monitor, analyze and evaluate vendor / supplier performance against metrics on a regular basis.
• Lead and oversee all business operations including sourcing, marketing & merchandising, design & product development, production, quality, compliance, finance, HR, and business development.
• Ensure effective risk management practices across operations, including compliance, supply chain risk, and business continuity.
• ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY & ALIGNMENT
• Drive the organizational vision and mission, core values and corporate strategy.
• Drive the setting & implementation of strategic goals, objectives, budgets, and marketing & business plans to enhance the market status, profitability and return on investment.
