🟧 WE'RE HIRING: Case Management or Client Support Coordinator / Recertification Specialist
Reliance Partners (C&T Group) is looking for a hands-on Case Manager / Client Support Coordinator – as Recertification Specialist to join our team.
🟦 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
01. 1+ year in customer service, call center, telemarketing, case management, healthcare support, or a similar customer-facing role.
02. Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls and regular follow-ups.
03. Ability to manage multiple cases, requests, or follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.
04. Proficient in computer-based data entry, documentation, and record management.
05. Able to handle sensitive or difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
06. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with daily/weekly productivity expectations.
07. Taking ownership of cases and clients with a solution-focused approach.
🟦 PREFERRED REQUIREMENT:
08. Background in healthcare, insurance, patient support, government programs, or similar services.
09. Medicaid knowledge is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
10. Handle high-volume documentation and calls with U.S. clients and consumers.
11. Proactive and people-oriented personality.
🟧 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Calling patients to remind and guide them through the renewal process
2. Explaining what information or documents are required
3. Following up with patients who have not completed required steps
4. Reviewing submitted information, case notes, and updating records for completeness and accuracy
5. Identifying missing or incorrect information and contacting patients for clarification
6. Communicating professionally with patients and relevant teams
7. Tracking multiple cases and following up before important deadlines and targets
