Carrier Relations

• Education in Telecommunications, International Business, Business Administration, Commercial Relations or related fields.
• • Previous experience in account management, B2B sales, carrier relations or commercial management roles, preferably in the telco sector.
• • Knowledge of the telecommunications market in Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and Central America (desirable).
• • Experience working remotely and managing cross-cultural relationships.
• Technical skills
• • Proficiency with videoconferencing tools, CRM, Google Workspace, Slack and HubSpot (desirable).
• • Familiarity with telecom traffic routing concepts (Least Cost Routing, route quality, delivery rate) (desirable; can be trained).
• • Proficiency with traffic monitoring tools or KPI reporting platforms (desirable).
• • Ability to analyze traffic, rates, interconnection agreements and route quality indicators (desirable; can be trained).
• • Organization and discipline for autonomous remote work.

• Natural charisma and an ease for building empathy and trust from the very first contact.

• Genuine sociability: enjoys connecting with people from different cultures, countries and working styles.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in Spanish and, ideally, in English.

• Ability to read the cultural context and adapt communication style to each counterpart (Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Central America).

• Positive, proactive and service-oriented attitude, even under pressure or in complex negotiations.
