Education in Telecommunications, International Business, Business Administration, Commercial Relations or related fields.• Previous experience in account management, B2B sales, carrier relations or commercial management roles, preferably in the telco sector.• Knowledge of the telecommunications market in Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and Central America (desirable).• Experience working remotely and managing cross-cultural relationships.Technical skills• Proficiency with videoconferencing tools, CRM, Google Workspace, Slack and HubSpot (desirable).• Familiarity with telecom traffic routing concepts (Least Cost Routing, route quality, delivery rate) (desirable; can be trained).• Proficiency with traffic monitoring tools or KPI reporting platforms (desirable).• Ability to analyze traffic, rates, interconnection agreements and route quality indicators (desirable; can be trained).• Organization and discipline for autonomous remote work.
