Branch In-charge

iFixit BD is one of Dhaka's leading Apple device repair and service providers, operating branches at Jamuna Future Park, Mohammadpur, Uttara, and Eastern Plaza.

We are looking for four energetic, well-spoken Branch In-charges — one for each branch — to own the customer experience from the moment a client walks in until the device is delivered.

This is a front-line, customer-facing leadership role. You will be the face of iFixit BD at your branch: greeting clients, understanding their device problem, explaining our service and pricing clearly, handling concerns and objections with confidence, and turning first-time visitors into long-term customers.

We welcome fresh graduates. If you can talk to people comfortably, stay calm under pressure, and learn fast, we will train you on the technical side.

Job Responsibilities

Client Handling & Service Delivery

• Receive walk-in clients at the branch, understand their device issue, and arrange free diagnostics
• Explain the diagnosis, repair options, timeline, price, and warranty terms in clear, simple language
• Keep clients updated on repair status and ensure smooth, on-time device handover
• Manage the branch's phone, WhatsApp, and Facebook enquiries and convert them into branch visits

Objection Handling & Conversion

• Address common client concerns — price, repair time, parts quality, warranty, data safety — with confidence and accurate information
• Recommend the right service package and relevant add-on services based on the client's actual need, never by pressure
• Follow up with clients who left without confirming a repair, and bring them back

Relationship Building

• Build a personal rapport with every client so they return to iFixit BD and refer others
• Run post-service follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any complaint before it becomes a public review
• Request and encourage Google reviews from satisfied clients

Client Data & Reporting

• Accurately record every client entry: name, contact, device model, reported issue, diagnosis, service taken, price, and warranty date
• Maintain the branch client database and service records without gaps or errors
• Submit daily and monthly branch reports on walk-ins, conversions, revenue, and pending jobs to management

Branch Representation

• Answer all client queries about iFixit BD — our services, pricing structure, parts, warranty policy, branch locations, and turnaround time
• Maintain branch discipline, cleanliness, and display standards
• Coordinate with technicians and the head office on parts availability, escalations, and special cases
