La'am Ltd. is hiring a hybrid Asst. Manager, Data Analyst &Marketing Project Manager to bridge business data and executable strategy. You'll analyze business performance, build visual reports, and convert insights into projects you own end-to-end working across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure decisions are data-backed and executed well. Strong B2C acumen is essential: you should be able to read the current state of the business and forecast what's next.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Leadership has clear, real-time visibility into business performance
Data-driven projects are consistently identified, launched, and delivered on time
Cross-functional teams operate on shared, data-backed priorities
The business has a reliable forecast to plan ahead, not just react to the past

Analyze sales, marketing, customer behavior, and operations data to identify trends and opportunities across the B2C customer journey (acquisition, retention, churn, LTV, conversion funnels)
Build and maintain dashboards/reports that give leadership and teams clear visibility, covering both current-state analysis and forecasting
Convert findings into actionable project proposals prioritized by impact, feasibility, and resources with defined scope, goals, KPIs, and success metrics
Own projects end-to-end: build timelines, allocate tasks, manage risks/blockers, and maintain documentation and status reporting for leadership
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to align on data-driven priorities, facilitate meetings, present findings, and support campaigns with targeting, segmentation, and performance tracking
